CAS Internship Stipend Ðǿմ«Ã½

Campus Auxiliary Services (CAS) Internship Stipend

The goal of the CAS Internship Stipend Ðǿմ«Ã½ is to provide Ðǿմ«Ã½ students with funding to successfully complete their internship or student teaching placement that is required by their major. The CAS Internship Stipend is a highly selective and competitive opportunity that offers a limited number of $2,000 scholarship-based stipends for the fall and spring semesters. Intended recipients for the CAS Internship Stipend are students who otherwise would not be able to complete their program without financial support.

Student Eligibility

  • Full-time matriculated undergraduate student in good academic standing.
  • Internship or student teaching is required by your major. If your internship is not required, we encourage you to apply for the Living Internship Stipend.
  • Student must demonstrate financial need. Intended recipients are students who otherwise would not be able to complete their program without financial support.
  • The internship must be credit bearing, unpaid, and related to the student's major or career aspirations.
  • Students can only receive one award from the Career Resource Center, including the Living Internship Stipend, the CAS Internship Stipend, and the Applied Learning Travel Grant.

This is a non-tuition award, and students will receive the stipend deposited into their student account as early in the semester as possible. Because it is processed through the student's account, it may be applied to unpaid balances. The student will need to be in touch with Student Accounts regarding any questions of this nature.

The CAS Internship Stipend application window for Fall 2025 will be August 22 - August 29 at 12pm.
